Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. Processing on Website Visit
When accessing our website, the following data is stored in server log files: IP address (anonymized), date, time, browser request and general information about operating system and browser. This data serves to ensure error-free operation and is automatically deleted after 90 days.
Processing in the Practice
As part of dental treatment, we collect health, identification and billing data. The legal basis is the treatment contract (Art. 31 para. 1 lit. a revFADP) and the statutory retention obligation for medical records of ten years after the last treatment.
