Where the topics come from
We write about what people actually ask us in the practices. What an implant costs, whether health insurance covers it, what happens during a root canal treatment. The topic list comes from the treatment rooms, not from a keyword table.
How an article is produced
We produce the first draft with AI assistance, based on our own clinical specifications for the topic in question. A dentist from our team then reviews the article for clinical accuracy, corrects it and approves it. Only then is it published.
That is why every article states who is medically responsible for it and when it was last reviewed. On medical topics, a second specialist is named as reviewer.
We say this openly, because the review is where the value lies. An article on peri-implantitis is worth nothing unless someone who has treated peri-implantitis has read it.
Who is answerable
Editorial responsibility for the publication of all content on this website lies with Resident AG, Bahnhofplatz 5b, 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland. Clinical responsibility for an individual article lies with the dentist named on that article.
Images
All practice, team and treatment photographs on this website are genuine photographs taken in our practices. We do not use artificially generated or artificially altered images. Where no photograph of a person is available yet, the page says «Photo follows» and shows no substitute image.
Corrections

What these articles are not
Our guide articles are general information. They do not replace an examination, a diagnosis or individual advice. What is right in your case can only be determined after an examination. If you have acute symptoms, call us or book an appointment.
