Which treatment at which location
Single implant in the posterior area, simple indication
Recommendation: any Resident location close to home. Standard implantations are available at all locations with equal material quality and treatment standard.
Front tooth implantation with aesthetic demand
Recommendation: Bellevue with Dr. Dragisic. Front tooth implantations require aesthetic sense, exact bone modulation and often soft tissue augmentation. Bellevue specializes in this.
Bone augmentation or sinus lift
Recommendation: Bellevue. Complex augmentations are performed here with subsequent implantation. The aftercare can be continued at the closest-to-home Resident location if needed.
All-on-4 or All-on-6 full restoration
Recommendation: Bellevue. Full restorations are surgically and prosthetically complex. The full treatment from diagnosis through surgery to prosthetic restoration takes place in Bellevue.
Implantation under twilight sleep or general anesthesia
Recommendation: Winterthur with the internal anesthesia team. With very complex procedures with bone augmentation under general anesthesia a combined treatment Bellevue plus anesthesia team Winterthur is possible.
Immediate implantation on the day of extraction
Recommendation: Bellevue or Winterthur. Immediate implantation requires the immediate availability of implant components and surgical expertise.
Treatment of peri-implantitis (also on external implants)

How Resident organizes the treatment
- Initial consultation and assessment at any location. We take a first photo, clarify the history and prepare a preliminary treatment plan.
- 3D image (CBCT) if needed for exact assessment of bone, root anatomy and neighboring structures.
- Indication and location recommendation: we recommend the location and the treatment person that fits for your constellation.
- Written treatment plan and cost estimate with all phases, materials and costs. More in the article on the cost estimate.
- Surgery at the chosen location. You travel for the surgery, then follows the healing and restoration phase, which often takes place again at the closest-to-home location.
- Aftercare with semi-annual dental hygiene and annual implant check, ideally at the closest-to-home location.
The Resident group shares digital patient files between all locations. X-ray images, treatment plan, implant data and course are viewable at every location.
