Background
Arno König studied both medicine and dentistry at the University of Zurich and completed a doctoral dissertation. This dual training as physician and dentist still shapes the way he works: he approaches dental questions from the patient’s overall health.
His clinical focus has been on implantology for many years, with particular attention to implant-supported restorations and ceramic implants. For Resident he treats at Zurich Bellevue and Rapperswil-Jona.
Clinical focus
His work centres on implant therapy and on demanding cases where dental and general-medical aspects come together. Patients with pre-existing conditions or ongoing medication benefit from a diagnosis and treatment plan that is medically assessed and, where needed, coordinated with their physician.
